Within this gallery are some of Studio Westlake’s proudest work of the last couple years. Wedding portraits are at the best of times rushed. Sometimes with limited time at your disposal there isn’t time for capturing large landscapes, nor those well crafted Vanity Fair group portraits.

Sometimes the simple, understated approach will win the day. Beautiful people in beautiful places. Exotic greens, simple styling and costal backdrops. What more can a photographer ask for. If you want some truly striking portraits take time to plan ahead. Run off to the coast and embrace the weather come rain or shine. This day was overcast beyond belief. But when it counted the light turned up and we ran with it.
