Welcome to the Studio Westlake Client Lobby. This area is an exclusive space reserved for the clients of Studio Westlake. Here will will provide regular updates on our editing progress, new developments within SW and our own unique resources made exclusively available to you our Clients.

We ask kindly that this space remains private and that you do not share your unique log-in infomation within anyone other than your fiancé. It is here that you find answers to any of your unasked questions in the coming months leading up to the wedding and particularly those in the weeks that follow.

Last Minute Video Availability

We still have availability for last minute videography bookings. We have a handful of 10 wedding dates to which we still have availability for wedding films. To our existing photography clients we are offering a limited time discounted bolt on package. If your date is one of those mentioned you will be hearing from us if you haven’t already.

If this is something you have been considering or meaning to book. Now is the time, before we close off our calendar for 2023.

Working Hours

A central tenet to Studio Westlake has always been a pursuit of healthy work-life balance. In our profession those boundaries can often be hard to find. We spend a good half the year working weekends as a result during the summer months we have decide to block out certain days to preserve family life. Over recent years we have settled on Thursday’s and Sundays. Outside of the Summer months you will usually find us in the studio working the 9:00-17:00.

Email is the best method of contacting us (although sometimes things do fall through the gap). Emails are always the first job of the day. We will always reply as soon as we can.

If it is urgent or you don’t hear back in a reasonable amount of time please drop us another email or call.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The ending process is always much longer than clients expect. You can’t rush quality. Your edits can take up to 8 weeks to be finalised and sent to you. Very often (especially at the beginning of wedding season) we will sending these to you mush earlier. For those getting married at toward the end of the summer the likelihood is you will be waiting little longer. Keep an eye on this page to see where you are in the queue.

  • Immediately after receiving access we highly recommend downloading and backing up your photos & films on two devices (hard drive, cloud storage etc.) Also consider a printed copies (album, prints etc.) in our expense technology is never as reliable as the printed backup.

    We actively ensure your online gallery remains live for 12 months, if you want to extend your online gallery then just by all means we can discuss it.

    Please note in accordance to our contract with you upon delivery of (access to) the finished products we release full responsibility for the maintaining and storage of your finished products.

  • Yes, of course! By all means, these are your photos. We don’t charge your friends or family to have access or to download. They can also order prints and albums from you gallery the same as you.

    Vendors & suppliers however should always go through Studio Westlake. We are always happy to share them. If you have a vendor who has requested access to your photos then please ask that you send them directly to us we can discuss T&Cs with them.

    Your package includes personal printing rights, but it does not extend to the distribution of photos to suppliers, publications & other businesses. To ensure a sure you have a hassle-free experience for you we ask that you request contact us directly.

  • We wholeheartedly believe in the the printed form. You cannot beat the tangible and physical manifestation of memory. Your online gallery platform links directly to some of the Europe’s premier print houses. These suppliers provide quality fine art prints (far exceeding most online printers & hughstreet printers).

    The platform is simple and easy to use, you can design your own bespoke albums and prints to your own taste.

    It is through this platform that we provide you with print credit on your 20 prints mentioned within your package. Pay attention however this credit time out after 6 weeks.

    *Measure twice cut once - Be sure to make sure you check your design multiple times, before you send for print. Once ordered there’s no going back!
